We are a PennDOT pre-qualified, 4th generation, certified woman-owned family business with over 100 years experience in the concrete construction business between the four owner operators.
Our business offers services in the construction industry, more notably in the fields of decorative and traditional concrete, paving, excavation, storm sewer management, utilities, and ADA curb ramp construction.
We have worked our way into the commercial, municipal, and government sectors over the past 8 years. These sectors offer more volume and larger size projects which allows us to employ a larger workforce and offer better careers for our employees. We decided to start pursuing this path with sustainability and security being the driving force. We measure our success based on being able to employ a family of great people, and offer them a stable career by maintaining our commitment to our customers: Provide 4th generation quality craftsmanship at an economical price.
We also service universities and homeowner associations who are looking to expand, retrofit, or rehabilitate existing infrastructure. Along with expanding our services we have vowed to stay true to our ancestral roots by continuing to offer services to homeowners who are looking for a proven company, who has stood the test of time, and will be around long after the work is complete.
In addition to offering the finest in construction services, we also offer winter weather clean-up, such as snow and ice removal.

Our Heritage
Albert G. Cipolloni Jr was born and raised in south west Philadelphia. Albert knew what a hard days work was like from an early age. He put in many long hours working for his father and uncles’ business the “Cipolloni Brothers” in the late 60′s. Albert was a visionary and wanted more for himself. He went on to become a United States Marine. He met his wife Carol before he left for service, and they were married soon after he returned. They yearned for a promising future and decided to build a business together. Albert started with a 1959 Ford dump truck, and he single handedly completed his jobs from start to finish. His reputation was built on quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and a fleet of antique dump trucks that would haul his business through the years.
Albert’s business was growing, and he decided to partner up with his first cousin George Cipolloni Jr. Their business continued to flourish, and work poured in by the truck load. Everyone wanted A. G. Cipolloni Jr & Sons with those “cool” antique dump trucks pouring concrete out front of their house. As the business grew so did Albert’s sons. As they grew into men he instilled in them the same principals that he built his business on.
Albert built a legacy, and he has passed it on to the next generation to continue on the path of quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The 4th generation is now the heartbeat of the business. Joseph Cipolloni and Albert Cipolloni III; the sons of Albert G. Cipolloni, Jr. are now part owners of the company. Their goal is to lead our team as it advances into the new world of construction and technology, while standing behind the founding principles, which this company was built upon, while keeping a keen eye on the market shifts and an open mind to change!
